Alliance for a Better Future Debuts New Six-Figure Campaign Encouraging President Trump to Continue American AI Leadership Ahead of Xi Meeting

The Alliance for a Better Future (ABF) today launched a six-figure advertising campaign encouraging President Trump to continue “beating China on AI without becoming China” as he prepares to meet with China’s Xi Jinping in Washington on Thursday for critical discussions on AI safety.

Over the weekend, President Trump announced he is creating an “AI Force” and will appoint an AI “czar” to oversee the industry’s development. In a Truth Social post, President Trump pledged that his administration would “not in any way hinder or stifle the growth of this incredible Industry,” but would “cherish it, help it, and watch over it, as it grows.” The announcement underscores the President’s commitment to American AI leadership ahead of the summit. He also pointed out several ways to hold frontier labs accountable for ensuring their models are safe and secure through existing enforcement mechanisms.

This new China-focused ad from ABF will run on digital platforms across Washington, D.C. and follows a seven-figure issue campaign ABF launched last week in Michigan, Iowa, Kansas and Maine.
